Yandex index: Some Muscovites leave homes early on Tuesday

MOSCOW, Apr 21 (PRIME) -- A fifth of Muscovites were out as of 8.10 a.m. local time on Tuesday, according to a lockdown index by Internet company Yandex, which showed 3.8 on a five-point scale.

The indicator stood at 3.7 as of 7.10 p.m. on Monday.

Yandex launched the index in late March with a scale starting at zero, meaning many people are out, to five, when everyone is at home.
